Insurance coverage for fertility treatments
Insurance coverage for infertility treatment varies widely by both insurance carriers and by the type of coverage individual employers choose to include in their benefits package. At Park Avenue Fertility, we assess a patient’s coverage before the first visit. Our billing specialists determine coverage and explain their findings to each patient at the beginning of treatment.
We feel strongly that patients should never be surprised by the cost of their treatment.
We also encourage patients to check on their coverage independently and to be aware of any Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or additional funding their employer may provide.
Fertility financing
If your insurance plan does not cover fertility treatments or diagnostic testing, financing options may help make care more affordable and accessible.
