Second opinion leads to the right fertility treatment

After six failed cycles of intrauterine insemination, or IUI, and a constant carousel of doctors, Abbey and Terrence White didn’t feel they were getting the right fertility treatment. Abbey began the IVF process in early 2024, which was highlighted by her embryo transfer on March 25, which Terrence shares as his birthday.

“I loved that every part of the procedure was in their offices,” Abbey said. “The staff there became almost like extended family, taking care of me and answering my questions.”

Perseverance and the right fertility treatment paid off, and a hoped-for pregnancy became a reality. Terrence, Abbey and big sister Colette welcomed baby girl Shay to their family on December 4, 2024.
